It seemed only fair to let Sadie have her close up after Devon’s pick. Above our sink in the kitchen, there is a high shelf with windows, that creates this lovely sunny spot. Originally, I was planning on making that spot my herb garden. But early on the cats claimed it, and then my Aerogarden needed to be plugged in, and it seemed like a bad idea to run a plug over the sink. So now it is the cat shrine in my house, and Sadie is the Queen. I love the way that the sun bounces off her fur, and her tiny, very pink tongue.
