Today is Dan’s birthday! So that’s why I decided to pull out a portrait that I took of Dan a couple month’s ago. I was playing with a one light, high contrast shoot—and Dan was posing as a Ghostbuster after a hard night’s work. I love this image because of the emotion in his eyes. I am also including one of the other shots from the session.

    These were taken with one of the Alien Bees through an umbrella that is just outta the shot. Dan was a super sport, but it's not hard to get him to put on the uniform. :)

    I should do some self portraits in Indy gear some time, but it's kind of daunting with a 1.5 year old running around. She'd be knocking over light stands left and right. (no studio)
